Good morning, Spokane!

Since 1977, Spokane has been running 12 kilometers through its own streets every first Sunday in May, and somehow we never stopped. This Sunday is number 50. If you're not lacing up, don't worry, we've got 80-degree weather and a four-stage block party with your name on it.

In today's Spokane Pulse:

  • Bloomsday's 50th anniversary and a block party in Kendall Yards

  • Batman's iconic score performed live by the Spokane Symphony

  • Pint-sized wrestlers throw down at Globe Nightclub

  • And much more!

Let's get to it.

Stop Shopping, Start Knowing

You could spend hours comparing insurance plans online, reading fine print, and still not be sure you picked the right one. Or you could call McKinley Romero. He compares 120 plans from 14 companies, walks you through what actually matters, and helps you enroll in the coverage that fits. All rates are state-regulated, so no one's rates are lower. The difference is having someone who finds the best plan.

All Weekend Long

🏃 Bloomsday 50th Anniversary celebrates 50 years of Spokane's signature 12K. Grab your race packet at the Convention Center Friday or Saturday, run Sunday at 8:30 AM, then unwind at the free Kendall Yards block party with four live music stages.
